- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping
For international orders:

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our shower door kits, enclosure components, and bath safety products. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Key Return Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all parts
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping fees non-refundable)
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom-cut glass components (due to precise measurements)
- Opened packages of bath safety hardware
- Any product showing signs of installation attempts
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
